Formerly a partner in one of the largest law offices in the Philippines. Atty. Herrera III organized his own law office in early 1986. Atty. Herrera has been engaged in the general practice of law for the past thirty (30) years specializing in corporate law practice, and serves as counsel for various companies engaged in banking, management of foreign fund investments, airlines, repair, maintenance and overhaul of aircraft, coconut oil milling and refining, publishing, printing presses, real estate, polyester, telecommunications, media and PR firms, insurance, oil exploration, gaming, shipping and financing. He also carries out legal works in such areas as corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, contract negotiations, intra-corporate disputes, anti-trust litigation, foundations, and corporate secretary duties for certain corporate clients.
